We lose the final in Lucerne
Unfortunately we missed winning our first tournament.
After wining a close semifinal against Norway-Lovol, the Final against Norway-Ulsrud was even closer. In the 5th end the northerners stole 2 points, taking a 1:4 lead. After that we upped our game and by the 7th end, we balanced the game at 4:4. With the last stone (a hit and stay) the team of Thomas Ulrsud won their 3 tournament in their 5th final this season - an impressive accomplishment!
Both games will be broadcast on Swiss Sports-TV in the next few weeks.
Now we continue with intensive training in Bern (with the national trainer). Then we will enjoy spending a free weekend with our loved ones, before the NLA starts with part 1 in Zug.

Lucerne - we are in the 1/2 Finals
Thanks to a great last stone in the night-1/4 finals (23.00 - 01.15!!!), we beat Denmark (Schmitt) again in a close game.
That means we play the semifinal on Sunday 9.30 a.m. against Norway (Lovold). The other Semifinal will be played by Norway (Ulsrud) and Scotland (Murdoch).
The Final would be at 2 p.m.
